Welcome to Hush. By downloading, installing, or using the Hush mobile application ("App", "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you") and Hush App ("Hush", "we", "us", "our").

The App is available in English, Turkish, French, and Arabic. Content availability may vary by language and region.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum digital consent age in your jurisdiction) to use Hush. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you should review these Terms with a parent or guardian.
Hush does not require you to create an account with an email or password. Instead, the App generates an anonymous device identifier to manage your data and subscription. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device. If you lose access to your device, you may lose access to locally stored data.
Hush offers both free and premium content. Certain features — including access to past days, favorites, and the full content library — require an active premium subscription ("Hush Premium").
Hush Premium is available as a monthly or annual subscription. Prices are displayed in your local currency within the App and may vary by region. All prices are set through the Apple App Store.
We may offer a free trial period for new subscribers. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription at the displayed price.
Refund requests are handled by Apple in accordance with their refund policy. We cannot process refunds directly.
You agree to use Hush only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
All content in Hush — including text, audio, images, designs, and software — is owned by or licensed to Hush App and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without express written permission.
Quranic text and translations are included for educational and spiritual purposes. We strive for accuracy but recommend consulting qualified scholars for detailed religious guidance. Translations are interpretive and may vary from other sources.
Content you create within the App (voice recordings, journal entries, notes) remains yours. By using our AI analysis features, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your voice recordings for the sole purpose of providing transcription, summary, and analysis services. We do not claim ownership of your content.
Hush uses artificial intelligence to provide voice note transcription, summarization, flashcard generation, and Quranic verse / hadith detection. Please be aware that:

Hush is a spiritual wellness tool and is not a substitute for qualified religious scholarship, spiritual counseling, or medical advice. The content provided — including prayers, reflections, and guided practices — is for personal spiritual enrichment and should be used alongside, not in place of, traditional Islamic education and community guidance.
Prayer times (Imsakiye) and Qibla direction are calculated using standard algorithms and may have minor variations. We recommend verifying with your local mosque for precision.
Hush's meditation, breathing exercises, and sleep content are designed for general wellness purposes. They are not medical treatments and should not replace professional medical or psychological care. If you have a medical condition, sleep disorder, or mental health concerns, please consult a qualified healthcare professional.
We strive to keep Hush available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The App may be temporarily unavailable due to:
Many features (daily practices, Quran reading, dhikr, journal) work offline. Features requiring internet (Voice Notes AI analysis, content sync, sleep streaming) need an active connection.
You may stop using Hush at any time by deleting the App from your device. Remember to cancel any active subscription through the App Store before deleting.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App if you violate these Terms. In such cases, you will not be entitled to a refund for any unused subscription period.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Hush App, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Istanbul, Turkey.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make significant changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date and may notify you through the App. Your continued use of Hush after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
